By accessing and using QurbanAfrica.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

QurbanAfrica.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Services

QurbanAfrica.com provides Qurbani, Aqiqah, and Sadaqah services through trusted partners in Africa. All services are carried out under the Wakalah (agency) model, where you appoint us to perform the sacrifice on your behalf.

3. Booking & Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received and credited.
  • Customers must provide payment proof (transaction ID or screenshot) if required.
  • Orders will only be considered complete once an official order confirmation/order number is issued.
  • If payment is debited but not received, valid proof must be provided.

4. Payment Methods

  • Preferred payment method: Bank Transfer (no processing fees)
  • We may also offer credit/debit card payments via secure providers (e.g., Stripe or similar gateways)
  • Card payments are processed on secure servers. We do not store card details
  • Payment providers may store billing/contact information as part of processing

5. Pricing & Animal Availability

  • Animal prices may vary depending on market conditions, especially close to Eid
  • Prices are not guaranteed in the last week before Eid ul Adha
  • In case of unavailability, a similar or equivalent animal may be used
  • Animals may be male or female, depending on availability
  • Animal weight may vary due to natural conditions

6. Execution of Qurbani

  • Qurbani will be performed after Eid Salah in accordance with Islamic guidelines
  • All animals are:
    • Healthy and meet Islamic requirements
    • Slaughtered by a practicing Muslim
    • Slaughtered without stunning (where applicable)
    • Slaughtered with Allah’s name recited
  • We require up to 48 hours to complete orders (faster execution not guaranteed)

7. Scheduling & Order Allocation

  • Orders may be executed on Day 1, 2, or 3 of Eid ul Adha depending on volume
  • QurbanAfrica.com reserves the right to adjust the execution day if necessary
  • Aqiqah and Sadaqah may be performed on scheduled weekly days or requested dates (subject to availability)

8. Video & Proof Policy

  • Video/photo proof may be provided where possible
  • Full animal orders may receive personalized video proof
  • In some cases (e.g., slaughterhouses), video recording may not be permitted
  • In such cases, distribution proof may be provided instead

9. Meat Distribution Policy

  • QurbanAfrica focuses on charitable distribution in Africa
  • Meat is distributed to:
    • Poor and needy families
    • Villages, madrassas, and communities
  • We do not guarantee delivery of meat to customers
  • If collection is applicable:
    • Must be done within 2–3 hours
    • Otherwise, meat will be distributed to the needy

10. Special Requests

  • Meat distribution preferences must be provided at least 3 days in advance
  • Requests for prepared/processed meat must be made 5 days in advance

11. Cancellation & Changes

  • Qurbani cancellations allowed up to 3 days before Eid ul Adha
  • Aqiqah/Sadaqah changes allowed up to 3 days before scheduled date
  • Late cancellation requests may not be accepted

12. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–21 working days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment source
  • Bank charges and transaction fees may be deducted

13. Payment Issues

If payment is debited but not received:

  • You must provide:
    • Transaction ID
    • Payment receipt/screenshot

Orders will not be processed without confirmation.

14. Operational Limitations

QurbanAfrica.com is not liable for delays or changes due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Logistics or transportation issues
  • Animal shortages
  • High order volumes
  • Third-party partner issues

  • Email
  • Phone

for order updates, confirmations, or support.

16. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

17. User Responsibility

By using this website, you agree:

  • To provide accurate information
  • Not to misuse the website
  • Not to engage in fraudulent activities

18. Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the country/city where QurbanAfrica.com is registered.

19. Final Agreement

By placing an order on QurbanAfrica.com, you confirm that:

  • You understand and accept these Terms & Conditions
  • You appoint us as your agent under the Wakalah model
  • You agree to all operational, religious, and logistical processes involved
